The relaxed reception area is outfitted with contemporary-style chairs and sofas, with a deep brown feature wall acting as a backdrop. In the basement is a fitness centre, jet pool, and spa tub.

The 70 apartments were designed with Manhattan in mind. Design elements include pillars, exposed concrete ceilings, and New York-inspired photos on the walls. All have floor-to-ceiling opening windows. TVs and DVD players are also included; DVDs are available from reception (surcharge). All guestrooms are exterior-access only.
