Making each unique in layout, configurations of the Park Hyatt’s 240 guestrooms vary by floor and type. Decorated in keeping with the hotel’s subtle Art Deco theme, along with original works of art and in dark tones that complement the Madrona wood wall paneling, guestrooms all have bathrooms outfitted with Italian marble tiling. Guess can watch the inset wall TVs from the deep soaking bathtubs, and mirrors above the double glass-sink vanity areas are mist-free. Other standards include large, walk-in closets, padded armchairs with ottomans, and glass-topped work areas with high-speed Internet access. Lighted do-not-disturb signs and electronic doorbells outside each guestroom are other handy offerings. All guests rooms are nonsmoking.
