Conference/function rooms: The 20 function/meeting rooms, including two ballrooms, cover an area of 2,080 square metres in total, and can accommodate groups of 10–1,500. Considerable flexibility exists for combining rooms to create larger spaces. A substantial amount of breakout and exhibition space is also available. The Savoy Ballroom is the largest function space at 1,050 square metres and can accommodate 1,500 guests for a cocktail reception. The Bristol Room, at 32 square metres, is the smallest function area, and suitable for 10 guests for a theatre-style presentation.
